A JUNGLE SAFARI IN PANAMA

Minimum Fitness Requirements
- Trek: up to 1-3km per day (the going is very slow in the jungle)
- Daily activity: varies, from six to ten hours
- Terrain: expect boggy, wet and close tropical rainforest with steep terrain and small river crossings
- Climate: a hot, humid jungle environment
- Being 100% comfortable around water is required and being able to swim will be very beneficial.
- Age: 18+
The Packing List
- Valid passport (with photocopies or scanned to your email account)
- Copy of applicable travel/medical insurance, including polity number and contact information
- Water bottle –Bring a bottle that meets all safety standards and support the conservation of our planet.
- Bring soft-side baggage and Day backpack, which is easier to store throughout your adventure and to carry in our car during transfers.
- Quick Drying Microfiber Towel for Camping
- Camera with water protection
- Cap or hat
- Light clothing
- Light raincoat (if rainy season or in the highlands)
- Walking shoes or hiking shoes
